Martin Nsiah

Martin Nsiah

FINANCE & FUNDRAISING

Martin Nsiah, BA, MBA, FCCA serves as president/chair of the Board of Trustees. Martin is a professional Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, with many years of experience in accountancy practice and charitable organizations.

Before qualifying as a certified accountant, Martin had a first degree in French in 1992 from Ghana. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Martin also studied for a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in International Banking.

Having worked in an accountancy practice in the UK since 2004, Martin has also worked for numerous not-for-profit and charitable organizations in the UK as a consultant since 2008. Currently, Martin works as Head of Finance and Operations for VOYAGE and the Limbless Association, both UK-based charitable organizations.

Ernest Fiabu

EDUCATION CONSULTANT

Ernest Fiabu is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a Certified Hemodialysis Technologist (CHT), among others. Ernest earned his undergraduate degree in Ghana and his graduate degrees in the U.S.A.

His academic and professional interests include the status of formal education, clinical workforce capacity development, and academic and clinical renal (kidney) therapies.

He started his career as a trained teacher in Ghana. He was also an intern at UNESCO in Bonn, Germany. He also designs and teaches hemodialysis as a part-time instructor in a college in the U.S.A. He is also a state representative of the hemodialysis certification board in the U.S A.

He also works in hospital and outpatient hemodialysis settings in the U.S. A. He is a principal consultant of Dialysis Skills and Outreach Consortium, a Ghana and U.S.A dialysis consultancy firm. He is happy to support the organization’s ongoing interest in strengthening formal education in Frankadua.

Dr David Yegbey

Dr David K. Yegbey

MEDICAL CONSULTANT

Born in Frankadua, David attended Frankadua R/C Primary School and later Frankadua L/A Middle School (now JSS). For secondary education, David attended Armed Forces SecTech School, Accra High School, and St. Augustine’s College in Cape Coast. He had his medical education at KNUST-KATH, where he obtained a BSc and an MB ChB in 2000.

David worked in KATH in Kumasi and later in Tarkwa ABA Hospital as well as St. Elizabeth Catholic Hospital in Hwidiem, where he obtained Postgraduate Exams Part II in Gynecology. He left for Germany in 2009 for specialized training and has lived there since then. Now as ‘Facharzt fuer Innere Medizin,’ David is a clinical medical practitioner and a philanthropist who takes an interest in human and community development.

He is an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with over 20 years of medical experience. He is highly motivated and a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. For him, God loves a cheerful giver.

Morris W. Kufoalor

Executive Director

Morris Wisdom Kufoalor is a procurement professional and a business executive. He is a trained network engineer from NIIT as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE). He obtained a Diploma in Strategic Marketing from ICM UK. He also holds a BSc. and MSc. in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from GIMPA and the KNUST, respectively.

A member of both MILT and CIPS UK. He has secured rich experience in supply chain management from both public and multinational organizations. Notable among the organizations he worked for are MTN, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Local Government Service, and the German Development Cooperation (GIZ).

He is currently the founder/CEO of Synchronised IT Ltd., operators of Nunia products.

Caroline Fiagbebu

Director, F&A

Miss Caroline Edem Fiagbenu is a teacher by profession with the Ghana Education Service. She has a diploma in basic education from E.P. College of Education and a bachelor of Education from the University of Education, Winneba.

She is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Health and Safety Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Caroline is a versatile personality in children and human development with over 10 years of dedicated teaching.

Joseph Dorsu

Director of operations

Joseph is a dynamic and dutiful person who has a positive attitude towards achievement. He obtained a High National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Ho Polytechnic (now Ho Technical University) and worked at Amacoji Investments, Accra, Ghana. He has industrial training in Can Quality Control Management and served as a quality control engineer at Trust Foods Ltd., Tema. He currently operates a vehicle rental service in Accra.
